Collections and Past Due Accounts

The Collections Department of the Bursar’s Office assists current and former students to resolve financial holds. Student accounts remaining unpaid by the end of the academic term are deemed delinquent and are referred to the Collections Department for further collection action.  We are committed to working with students who are past due whenever it is possible.

Contact the Collections Department to:

  • Resolve your delinquent balance.
  • Set-up payment arrangements and avoid further collection action.
  • Discuss your financial difficulties and recommend re-payment options

Inquiries are answered: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Once an account is referred to an outside collection agency, students, and former students will be contacted by a representative of that agency. Payments as well as any costs or collection fees will need to be made through that agency, not the University. If your account has been referred to a collection agency, you may contact them using the information shown below:
